Sedona Corporation to Host Real-World CRM Conference
Monday July 23 by Press Release Submission
SEDONA® Corporation (Nasdaq: SDNA) (www.sedonacorp.com), the leading provider of Internet-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for small and mid-sized financial services companies, today announced its 2001 CRM eXchange conference will be held September 20-22 at the Royal Palms Hotel & Casitas in Phoenix, Arizona.
This year's SEDONA eXchange conference will provide attendees with the
opportunity to learn about bank and credit union CRM implementations from
professionals who have developed CRM initiatives within their own
organizations. The majority of the sessions are being delivered by individuals
who have real-world experience in various CRM efforts, including profitability
management, development of a front-line sales culture, and the implementation
and measurement of highly-successful marketing campaigns.
The conference will offer two different tracks. The CRM@work track targets
senior executives who are looking for peer-level strategic ideas for building
CRM into their financial institutions. The Intarsia@work track is designed for
SEDONA customers who are day-to-day users of the Intarsia CRM system and would
like to expand their knowledge of the functionality of the system. Both tracks
will provide the attendees with the inspiration and information needed to
implement an effective, measurable, and profit-driven CRM program.
The conference features keynote presentations from Charles E. Wilson, Banking,
Finance and Securities Mid-Market Practice Leader, IBM Global Services; Debbie
Maier, Certified Facilitator, Master Connections Associates; and Kimberly
Harris, Senior Research Analyst, Gartner.
Registrations for the eXchange Conference are now being accepted. More
information and a registration form is available on the company Web site at
